What is AlphaLode?

A research terminal and data service built directly on Securities and Exchange Commission filings, insider-transaction analytics, institutional holdings, and macroeconomic data. It is operated by Ravenwood Capital Management, LLC and is for research and informational purposes only — not investment advice (see the disclaimer).

How do I get access?

Create a free account, which starts as pending. Accounts are approved individually during the staged rollout. Once approved you can subscribe from your account page, or the administrator can grant you a free trial.

What do the plans include?

Free ($0): account and documentation. Membership ($9.99/mo): everything, with no tiers to choose between -- the cleaned SEC data API, insider clusters and scores, webhooks, and the research terminal. Pricing is introductory. Trials are granted per account by the administrator. An iOS app is coming soon.

How do API keys work?

Keys are issued with an active subscription or an administrator-granted trial, and are sent as a bearer token on every request. A key is shown exactly once and stored only as a hash; rolling a key deactivates the old one. A missing or malformed key returns 401, a valid key without an active subscription or trial returns 403, and usage beyond 60 requests per minute or 5000 per day returns 429. What is the terminal?

The cloud research terminal at terminal.alphalode.com. A paid Membership includes it. An administrator-granted trial can be narrower: Data covers the API only, Terminal covers the terminal only, and Both covers both.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe; full card numbers never reach our servers. The "Manage billing" button on your account page opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update payment details or cancel — cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period (see the terms).

What are text alerts?

Optional service-update text messages. Opt in from the Profile card on your account page after adding a mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time — you can also opt out by unchecking the box. Texts carry service updates only, never trade signals.
